Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026. This page covers ayushealth.ai only.
The short version: this site collects very little. If you join the waitlist, we get your name, your email, and anything you choose to write in the optional note. If you open the investor package, the gate records the email you enter and when you entered. We do not sell information. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Write to us at any time and we will show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect, and why
The waitlist. The form asks for your name and your email. Both are required. It also offers an optional note where you can tell us about your experience of pain, in your own words. Your signup travels through a form relay service to our email inbox. We use it for one purpose: to hold your place and to write to you when the first group opens.
The investor package gate. Parts of this site sit behind a passcode. When you enter, the gate records the email you type, the time of entry, the page you asked for, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep this record so we know who has opened the package and so we can spot entries that should not be there. A failed entry is recorded too.
Site logs. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server and security logs for every visit: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the times. These logs run and protect the site. We do not use them to profile visitors.
Fonts. Our pages load type from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font, Google receives that request, which includes your IP address. We send Google nothing about you.
Nothing else. This site sets no advertising trackers. It runs no third-party analytics. It places no marketing cookies. If that changes, this page changes first.
A plain warning about the note field
Ayus is being built. It is not open, and joining the waitlist does not make Ayus your healthcare provider. The waitlist is not a medical service, and no one reads your note as a clinician.
Please do not send medical records, lab results, images, or detailed health files through the form. What you write travels by email and lands in an ordinary email inbox. Write only what you are comfortable sending that way. If you are in a medical emergency, call 911.
The gate cookie
When you enter the investor package, the site sets one cookie so you do not have to type the passcode on every page. It is named ayus_gate. It holds the email you entered and the time your session ends, signed so it cannot be forged. It lasts seven days. Your browser blocks other sites from reading it. It is a sign-in cookie and nothing more: it does not follow you around the web.
Who handles your information
Three services touch what this site collects, each only to do its job:
- FormSubmit relays waitlist signups from the form to our inbox. A submission passes through its servers on the way. Its documentation says submissions are held on its servers for up to 30 days.
- Google runs the Gmail inbox where signups and gate records land, and serves the fonts described above.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps the server and security logs described above.
That is the full list. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not hand waitlist notes to anyone outside the company, and we do not use them to train models.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist signup while the waitlist is open and you stay on it. Ask us to delete it and we will, from our inbox and our records. Gate records are kept in the same inbox as part of our offering records. Ask us and we will remove your email from the gate record unless a legal duty requires us to keep it. FormSubmit clears its own copies on its own schedule, described above.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can write to [email protected] and ask:
- what we hold about you,
- for a correction if something is wrong,
- for deletion of your signup and your gate entries.
We answer within 45 days. We charge nothing and we hold nothing against you for asking.
If you live in California, state law gives you these same rights in formal terms: the right to know what personal information a business holds, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Health information in a waitlist note is sensitive information under California law. We limit our use of it to reading your note and writing back.
A note on scope: Ayus is a new, small company, and some privacy laws apply only above size thresholds we do not yet meet. We follow this policy anyway. It is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will follow each law as it comes to apply to us.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and the waitlist is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Every page on this site is served over an encrypted connection. The investor package sits behind a passcode, and entries are recorded. Access to the inbox that receives signups is limited to the founder. No system is perfect. If a breach ever exposes your information, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date at the top. A change that affects information already collected will be noted at the top of the page before it takes effect.
